Vertex Intro S100 - Keyboard Kit

Every time Vertex drafts a project, everyone has various ideas about selecting layout sizes. However, based on the current preference and trend of keyboard layouts in the community, mainstream products do not give everyone all the choices. Therefore, they plan to complete the design of various layout sizes through the new INTRO series.

So, let's start with the full size:

The S100 is a 100% full-size 104/108 (switchable) standard layout, which directly laid the foundation for the modern keyboard configuration, so Vertex also used it to complete the first INTRO series.

The project started mid-last year, and the prototype was displayed don October 1st atthe ZFX exhibition in Shenzhen The whole process also involved many proofing verifications to ensure the final delivery of satisfactory work to keyboard fans.

Like Vertex's previous projects, the company is keen to design and produce excellent typing tools for everyone. A good typing experience combined with high process performance standards has been their product philosophy, integrating understanding and thinking about the keyboard into all design aspects.

In terms of design aesthetics, Vertex always adheres to a clean and capable style tonality, avoiding the so-called "design sense" of eye-catching gimmicks. Obviously, this is not a gimmicky product pursuing cheap value; its overall design is based on thoughtful considerations.

The STR factory is solely responsible for producing the shell parts of the kit in this project. VERTEX is a partner company of STR, so they have a higher initiative in quality and cost. Since the official establishment of STR nearly a year ago, VERTEX and STR have maintained high cooperation and made standard progress. They continue to explore the process of manufacturing keyboards and improve product quality. The company is proud that this project, whether machining or surface treatment process performance, is better than the previous project.
