Pre-order Policy:
Order Cancellations: Once the pre-order period ends, orders are locked in and refunds cannot be issued unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Shipping Delays: If we run into any shipping delays, we will absolutely allow customers to request a refund, as this qualifies as an exceptional circumstance.
